Full Moon/Partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces

If you’ve been feeling caught up in an emotional tidal wave of late, then you might do well to expect a sudden crash landing onto the shore with the commencement of Eclipse season, beginning September 18th (3:45am BST), with the Full Moon/Partial Lunar Eclipse at 25º Pisces.

As the Moon will come into close proximity with the Earth, the energy at play is likely to be intensified and thus, you may find yourself feeling somewhat extra sensitive, emotionally exposed or even vulnerable in the days leading up to this lunation, as your subconscious is stirred, bringing issues to the surface.

However destabilising as this may feel, trust that the Universe is merely pushing you to face that which you’ve been avoiding, asking that you acknowledge what presently needs healing, changing, or releasing (within yourself or in certain aspects of your life), in order for you to move forward on your evolutionary journey.

As such, this lunation will initiate a transitionary period, whereby you are encouraged to integrate the lessons that have been offered to you on the Aries-Libra axis over the past few years, whilst equally providing something of a preview of what’s to come in the years ahead, as the energy shifts onto the Virgo-Pisces axis.

Thus, you may find some semblance of familiarity arises, as issues or experiences which occurred between March 2015 and February 2017 - when the Eclipse pairings were last on this axis - get revisited, offering you the opportunity to view things from a new, more evolved perspective.

Asking, are you ready to let go of what has passed, in order to embrace what is yet to come.

If so, then this lunation may feel like the completion of a journey, allowing you to detach from energies, emotions and people that are no longer in alignment with your path forward. However, if you find yourself in a state of resistance, then this may prove to be a relatively challenging period, whereby you experience the unexpected loss of that which you would not willingly surrender.

Yet, with Mercury in Virgo and Jupiter in Gemini both aspecting this lunation, it’s time to acknowledge where you’ve been avoiding reality in favour of fantasy and checking out, instead of checking in with yourself. Asking if you’re finally willing to start seeing things clearly.

If so, then this might be an illuminating time that serves to show you where you’ve allowed people to over-step your boundaries, or engaged in activities, situations, or relationships which have drained you. Asking if you’re prepared to do some cord cutting and cleansing in order to move out of stagnation and away from old patterns of behaviour, so as to transform your life into something more expansive.

And whilst the Total Solar Eclipse at 10º Libra, occurring on October 2nd, will be the final one for 2024, this call to align with your future, by having the faith to move away from the past, will continue on into the Spring of 2025, asking that you utilise this time to shift course and come home to yourself. To the truth of your inner being.
