Uranus Retrograde + New Moon in Virgo
Just as clarity begins to return, with Mercury having stationed direct on August 28th at 21º Leo (out of shadow September 12th), Uranus pulls focus, asking that you utilise the past few weeks of introspection and insight to course correct your life. Bringing it into alignment with the highest vision that you hold for it.
Stationing retrograde on September 1st at 27º Taurus, its sojourn through the sign over the next five months may challenge you to leap before you are pushed. Calling you to consider if, when asked, are you a force for change, or simply forced to change.
If it’s the latter, then you might find this a particularly unstable period, that has you more on the edge of a breakdown than a breakthrough. Yet, if embraced, rather than resisted, this could prove to be something of an awakening, shifting your inner landscape beyond recognition.
However, in the process, you will be challenged to confront your patterns of behaviour, conditioned responses, outdated viewpoints, and self-limiting thoughts, so as to acknowledge what is no longer working, appropriate, or true. Assisting in the process will be the New Moon at 11º Virgo, occurring merely a few days later on September 3rd (2:55am BST), which will further highlight aspects of the Self desperately in need of reevaluation.
In conjunction to the Sun and in opposition to Saturn Rx in Pisces, making a t-square to Jupiter in Gemini, this lunation is pushing you to acknowledge where you may be holding yourself back in life for fear of rejection or failure, or out of a sense of unworthiness. Asking that you learn to let go of your self-doubt, self-criticism, and perfectionist tendencies, in order to cease your self-sabotage, so as to shamelessly show up in the world - as you are, with what you have to give.
If you find that a struggle, perhaps it’s time to consider as to whether you are unconsciously holding onto an internalised belief around not being good enough and if so, what wound are still in need of healing, what origin story needs to be retold. Can you show up for yourself with compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance, as you finally address the disparity between the truth of who you are and who you have unconsciously believed yourself to be.
Finally seeing yourself as someone worthy of being seen, accepted and loved.
With Venus conjunct the South Node in Libra opposing the North Node in Aries and Neptune Rx in Pisces, creating a t-square to Mars in Gemini, past conditioning around your desires and sense of personal value will only be further emphasised, asking that you dispel the myths and get clear on the reality, unburdening yourself from notions of scarcity, lack, limitation, or shame in the process.
Upon doing so, can you clarify for yourself what it is you truly want in life and then move out of your own way, so as to take action towards it, bringing form to thought.
As Neptune will be holding court at the apex of a yod - involving the North Node (loosely conjunct), Uranus, Pluto Rx, Venus, and the South Node - it may prove to be a particularly potent moment for creating and calling things in, however, this lunation is asking that you be intentional when it comes to your manifesting, as with Pluto having momentarily transitioned back into Capricorn, it’s time to accept that whatever unfolds, you’re ultimately the only person responsible.
