New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Libra
Emerging from the depths of the underworld, Pluto stationed direct on October 10th, sounding a cry for evolution as it did so.
In the many months since it began its retrograde journey, what has been out of balance will have become apparent. The aspects of yourself that feel powerless. The fear that runs rampant and thus clings for control. The desperate desire for love, for home, for safety, for more than you currently feel that you have.
What once lay dormant in the shadows has been awoken. Requesting, nay demanding, to be acknowledged. To be accepted. To be integrated.
Merely days later, on October 14th (7pm BST), the Moon will come into conjunction with the Sun, instigating not only a new lunar cycle, but an Annular Solar Eclipse at 21° Libra.
This is the purification you may not have been looking for, but know that you need.
With Mercury and the South Node additionally involved, along with Mars - having just entered the sign of Scorpio - the depths of your subconscious may feel dredged, as issues and feelings arise which may be intense in nature.
The question is, do you have the willingness to finally face that which you have until now been suppressing or avoiding, in the understanding that, with Mars ruling the North Node, the only way forward is through.
As this will be the second Eclipse on the Aries-Libra axis, what first arose on the New Moon/Hybrid Solar Eclipse back on April 20th may somewhat flavour the issues you face now, offering you the opportunity to progress in these matters, getting to a deeper level of understanding.
In addition, with Saturn Rx in Pisces opposing Venus in Virgo, it might be time for a much needed reality check. So, don’t be surprised if some illusions get shattered during this time, as the way in which you desire things to be is confronted with the truth of how they actually are.
Whilst these revelations may prove to be painful - especially if you’ve been living in denial for some time - know that it is better to be hurt by the truth than killed by a lie.
With Saturn and Pluto both heavily activated, the potency of this Eclipse is undeniable, as it offers you the opportunity to evolve beyond lack and limitation, so as to access a higher state of consciousness. But only if you’re truly willing to do the work required.
So, do you have the courage to delve into the darkness, facing your fears, your wounds, and the shadow aspects of the self along the way. Are you ready to heal and relinquish the past, in order to finally live in conscious present awareness. No longer in denial, or separation, but in a state of wholeness. Bringing form to the formless, as you manifest your desires from a place of integrity.
