Full Moon in Sagittarius
On May 23rd (2:52pm BST), the Moon, having reached a peak point of fullness at 2º Sagittarius, will illuminate the sky, bringing an end to an exploration which began six months prior at the New Moon on December 12th 2023.
Over the course of this journey, you have been asked to seek the truth within, so as to clarify what it is you truly desire for the long-term and thus in turn, what work - internal and external - is required in order for things to actually manifest into form.
Upon doing so, you may have been somewhat sobered, as your dreams were brought into alignment with reality. Yet, the Universe was merely trying to encourage you to get real about the things you really want.
Asking if you’re really willing to put your money where your mouth is and commit to doing what needs to be done.
With the Moon now bringing matters to a head, the energy at play will be highlighting as to whether you did what was necessary during this time to end, implement, or change that which was needed. Did you utilise this period to grow and evolve, to expand your life and your consciousness, or are you still stuck at the starting line.
With an opposition to the Sun (now in Gemini), Venus, Jupiter, and Uranus (all in Taurus), expect this to be a moment of activation, whereby, life could suddenly accelerate forward.
If you’ve done the work, then this could prove to be the moment you receive your rewards and if not, then this may feel like an uncomfortable growth spurt, forcing you to stretch yourself beyond the limitation you’ve been confined to.
Yet with Pluto Rx in Aquarius squaring Mercury in Taurus, it’s time to break away from the old, limited ways of thinking and doing, in order to embrace something altogether new and liberating. If that feels difficult, know that you will have support courtesy of Neptune in Pisces - heavily activated during this lunation - imbuing life with a hint of creative romanticism, helping you believe in the possibilities of a more expansive existence.
As the North Node will be conjunct both Mars and Chiron, all in Aries, this lunation is ultimately challenging you to have the courage to make some bold moves forward. Thus, can you take this opportunity to finally BEGIN living. Taking the vision and transforming it into something tangible. Something REAL.
If you find that fear, anxiety, or insecurity arises, take a moment to tune into yourself, investigating what lays at the root, what’s the origin story for these feelings. Can you learn to sit with them, hold space for them, transmute them, and finally move through them, developing a better, more conscious and compassionate understanding of yourself in the process.
And thus, in turn, can you take that connection to self and utilise it to guide you, trusting how you feel - beyond fear - when it comes to the moves that you make.
And move you must. Into the vast landscape ahead of you, leaving the familiar world behind.
