Join me for one hour of restorative yin yoga, focused on surrendering and releasing under the Pisces Full Moon/Partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces.

We’ll finish class with a short seated meditation and warming herbal tea, to allow an integrative period before leaving.

This will be a cooling practice, so you may wish to bring/wear warming layers.

This class is suitable for all bodies and levels of experience.

Mats are available for those unable to bring their own.

Sessions are set at a sliding scale of £10/12/14 per person - simply pay what you feel by cash or card on the day!
