Join myself and Kelly from Live Love Wellbeing for an immersive experience of Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Healing and restorative Yin Yoga, that will invite you to rest, reset, and initiate a new beginning under the potent energies of the Solar Eclipse in Libra.

Held in the calm and intimate environment that is Nimi Loft, we begin by guiding you in setting an intention for the coming month, before dropping into exploring the restorative benefits of Yin Yoga.

Softening through passive, supported stretches - designed to target the body’s deepest connective tissues - and entering into a deeper state of relaxation that allows us to release tension and blocked energy, whilst improving flexibility within the body and mind.

All whilst being supported by the sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls, helping us bring our focus within as they slow down our brainwaves, activate our parasympathetic nervous systems, and call us all into a deeper state of consciousness, allowing us to heal from within as we rest deeply and recharge effortlessly.

After which we shall integrate our experience with a short-seated meditation and heart-opening cacao ceremony, complete with raw chocolate brownies.

We intend for this to be a deeply nourishing and replenishing experience, offering the opportunity to reconnect and realign.

Mats and props will be provided, you need only bring yourself.
